Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Gottardo Group of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a new hotel project in Aurora.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement a cost-effective plan and schedule for the completion of the project, ensuring that all specifications are met and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
- Subcontractor Management: Select and coordinate the work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Oversee the performance of all trade contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
- Contract Administration: Responsible for the proper administration of construction contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
- Schedule and Cost Control: Track and control the construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of the project within the timeframe and budget.
- Reporting and Communication: Report to the owner about progress and any modifications of plans as deemed necessary, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
- Experience: 10 years or more of experience assisting or supervising construction projects of increased complexity.
- Skills: Ability to work under pressure, coordinate numerous activities and groups of people, and possess good oral and written communication skills.
Gottardo Group of Companies is a Real Estate Developer, Design Builder, and General Contractor, with a Masonry Company. Our Head Office is located in Vaughan.
