We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at BarBurrito Kemptville. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Operate dishwashers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen.
- Package take-out food with precision and care to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling transactions with a smile.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Handle and store cleaning products with care, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit with precision and care, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
- Handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks, requiring stamina and endurance.
- Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and quality.
