Job Summary

The Executive Chef will oversee the planning, preparation, and presentation of menus that delight our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Leadership: Develop and implement menus that showcase the freshest ingredients and innovative flavors.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Talent Development: Train and mentor junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Purchasing: Source high-quality ingredients and supplies while maintaining budgetary control.
Requirements
  • Culinary Degree: A recognized culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience as an executive chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant.
  • Languages: English language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
