Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at YNJ Immigration Consultancy Inc. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
