Director of Care Opportunity

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a skilled Director of Care (RN) to lead our Long Term Care team in Windsor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the care team and ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the care team to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the care team.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 4+ years of experience as a Director of Care in a Long Term Care facility.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
