At Ausenco, we are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the management of engineering teams on various projects.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of engineers in multiple disciplines, including minerals processing, with a focus on project delivery and quality.
  • Mentor and develop staff, while maintaining and improving engineering systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify candidates with relevant skills and expertise for our projects.
  • Provide leadership and support to produce high-quality engineering deliverables for projects.
  • Establish and maintain engineering standards across projects by identifying best practices and promoting their implementation.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and mutual respect.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in minerals processing, particularly in gold, base metals, and industrial minerals.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams within a multi-discipline framework.
  • Degree or diploma in a related engineering field.
  • Experience managing international projects is highly valued.
  • Excellent self-management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence employees at all levels.
