Our Senior Manager Corporate Accounts position plays a critical role in managing corporate sales, account profitability, customer compliance, and improving salesforce effectiveness for the commercial sales team.

This role reports directly to the Director of National Key Accounts and works closely with the Vice President of Commercial Canada to ensure our sales programs are both effective and profitable.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales and business acumen, outstanding analytical skills, and a results-oriented approach. They should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet established deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Direct sales management of key corporate accounts, managing $10M in annual sales and achieving growth targets
  • Collaboration with the Wholesaler Trade Manager to support commercial relationships with key wholesalers in Ontario
  • Management of quarterly reviews with key customers to ensure sales program effectiveness, sales compliance, and profitability targets are met
  • Coordination and production of all key account RFPs, including new business opportunities and risks to current business
  • Leadership and implementation of Taro's vision for customer events, conferences, and buying shows in coordination with commercial needs
  • Management of customer listing grids to ensure Commercial Operations has visibility and knowledge of appropriate inventory and allocation of products
  • Management of all aspects of CRM program for corporate sales team
  • Development and provision of innovative dashboard and sales reporting tools
  • Quarterly sales performance reporting and analysis

The successful candidate will hold a College or University degree or equivalent work experience in the Generic Pharmaceutical Industry. A minimum of ten years of sales and business analysis experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in generics, is required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change. Fluency in English is mandatory, with bilingualism an asset.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
