Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dhaba Dosa Indian Grill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, including cooks, food preparers, and servers.
- Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards and are presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
