Inventory Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock control.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, sales, and other relevant metrics.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in data analysis and record-keeping.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse setting with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
- Computer Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Additional Considerations:
- Newcomer Support: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
Language and Work Schedule: English language, 30 to 35 hours per week.
