What You Will Do
  • Lead construction activities on large industrial and higher education projects.
  • Oversee on-site operations, managing subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Drive project success in a versatile, integrated team that works from design to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and ambitious goals.
  • Navigate change and solve technical challenges on site, balancing costs, schedules, and people.
Your Profile
  • 7+ years of construction experience with recognized leadership in execution.
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical construction and working with Ontario authorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills in English.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, resilience, and determination.
  • Quick critical thinking ability under pressure.
  • Top-notch organizational skills.
