Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our DigitalX organization and drive our digital initiatives forward. As a Platform/ System Engineer, you will be a crucial player in implementing innovative solutions and working on cutting-edge technologies in your field.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
- Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems to enhance data flow and business processes.
- Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
- Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science.
Demonstrated experience in ARIS Global LifeSphere Platform administration and configuration.
Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of Patient Safety business processes and how ARIS Global Lifesphere platform support these processes.
Significant experience in developing and configuring with ARIS Global LifeSphere Platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., Java, C++, Python, R, SQL is highly beneficial.
Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes.
