$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking a Retirement Consulting Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, providing strategic consulting services, and leading team engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in pension plan consulting
- Professional actuarial designation such as FCIA, ASA, or FSA
- Strong client relationship management skills, up to C-suite level
- Solid understanding of actuarial principles, financial markets, and industry developments
- Experience in asset-liability modeling and risk strategy development
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and meet budget and profitability targets
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment
