Job Summary

FEROZA FINANCIAL INCORPORATED is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Assistant to support our accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers, journals, and trial balances
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Perform financial data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Experience with electronic mail
