About the Role

Tuze Inc. is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineering Co-Founder to spearhead the development of our revolutionary rental platform. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the entire technology stack, ensuring seamless user experiences and driving the success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our web and mobile applications, focusing on creating a secure, scalable, and intuitive platform for landlords and tenants.
  • Design and implement APIs that integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors, identity verification systems, and legal document filing services.
  • Define and refine the system architecture, ensuring that our platform is built on solid, scalable foundations.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to translate business goals into technical solutions, ensuring that our platform meets the needs of landlords and tenants alike.
  • Implement best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations, safeguarding sensitive user information.
  • Continuously iterate on our platform, gathering feedback from users and improving the product to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Mentor and lead a team of developers, instilling best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full stack development experience, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in modern technologies such as Node.js, React Native, MongoDB, and cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with API development and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between our platform and external services.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and experience in building scalable, secure platforms from the ground up.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a commitment to driving the success of our platform.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities as a founding team member.
