The position of Senior Business Development Executive - Reinsurance is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of client strategies, a keen ability to collaborate across teams, and strong negotiation skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of client strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate deals
  • Collaborate across teams to identify non-traditional opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Develop and implement client-specific sales strategies
  • Promote the use of financial structured reinsurance in the market

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and achievement, with a minimum of 10 years re-/insurance experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent
  • Pro-active contributor with high emotional intelligence, driving new ideas and impulses to meet client demand
  • Ability to negotiate best outcomes for long-term and sustained profitability
  • Solid knowledge of Corporate Finance and Capital Management, including Financial Statements and Financial Analysis
