Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 11049402 CANADA INC.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and authorizing payments and merchandise returns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train staff
  • Authorize payments and merchandise returns
  • Order merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Work well under pressure
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
