Claims Processor

As a Claims Processor at Teamrecruiter Inc, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to winners at the Prize Centre. Your primary responsibility will be to process prize claims efficiently, ensuring swift and accurate disbursement of legitimate claims. You will work closely with clients to understand their policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements and guidelines. Your passion for customer service and ability to multitask will make you an excellent fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive experience for customers during the prize claims process.
- Process transactions related to prize claims, ensuring adherence to client policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding prize claims and policies.
- Escalate suspicious claims and difficult customers as per defined paths.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles.
- Sound understanding of customer experience and service imperatives.
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
- Experience in omnichannel customer service, content management, and customer relationship management.
Work Environment:
- Approx. 6 months contract with a possibility of extension.
- Onsite work location in Toronto, ON.
- Hours of operation: 8:00 - 16:00, Monday through Friday.
