Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Addiction Centre Toronto. In this role, you will provide critical support to our healthcare professionals and clients.
About the Role- This is a permanent position, working 14 to 21 hours per week, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- You will be responsible for greeting clients and directing them to contacts or service areas, as well as providing basic information to clients and the public.
- Your duties will include scheduling and confirming appointments, performing clerical tasks such as filing and sorting mail, and answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- You must have basic security clearance.
- You should have previous experience in a healthcare setting or be willing to train.
- You will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records, electronic schedulers, and Microsoft Office software is essential.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
