Our Business Development Focus

We are looking for a Senior Manager to support our business development efforts in the Financial Services sector, inclusive of Banking, Insurance, and Wealth and Asset Management.

The Role

This leadership position involves playing a key role in delivering client service excellence, identifying marketing opportunities, and supporting the delivery of outstanding work products. You will lead a team of high performers, maintain strong client relations, and shape the deliverable of excellent work.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Delivery: Support the identification, marketing, and delivery of winning client engagements;
  • Team Management: Lead a team of high performers, maintain strong client relations, and ensure the delivery of exceptional client service;
  • Practice Development: Create followership and contribute to practice administration as required.

Your Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience delivering client service excellence, with at least 3 years in a professional services firm;
  • Experience working in one or more sectors within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Wealth and Asset Management);
  • Strong project management skills, including delivering milestone-driven projects;
  • Strategic thinker who can deliver strategy, technology, design, and process through the lens of digital experience;
  • Able to research, curate, organize, and synthesize complex data sets to inform CX and Digital transformation plans;
  • Guide the development of compelling proposals and deliverables in logical and creative ways;
  • Able to prepare for and deliver presentations to senior-level audiences.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options.
