About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ice Cream Maker to join our team at Dairy Queen. As an Ice Cream Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality ice cream products that meet our company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform corrective machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Production Recording: Record production information, including quantities and quality control measures.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Quality Control: Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities, and make adjustments to process variables as needed.
  • Log Keeping: Maintain a shift log of production and other relevant data.
  • Product Inspection: Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
Personal Qualities
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Hours: The workweek consists of 35 hours per week.
