About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team of caregivers at Spark Lifecare. As a Physiotherapist, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy services to clients in the community, with some in-clinic support
  • Work collaboratively with Rehabilitation Assistants and other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
  • Professional Liability Insurance
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
  • Computer skills (i.e. Google Docs, G Suite)
  • Experience working within the MVA (motor vehicle accident) system is an asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset
