  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control to ensure high-quality work.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to support project delivery.
  • Read blueprint, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions to support project delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality work.
  • Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure project success.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions.
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
