Job Title: Refrigeration Technician

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Heritage Service Group Canada. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration equipment in commercial kitchens.

About the Role:
  • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration equipment, including display cases, walk-in coolers/freezers, and ice machines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration equipment, using your mechanical and electrical aptitude to identify and resolve problems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their refrigeration equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that all refrigeration equipment is installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician.
  • 313A certification required.
  • G1, G2, G3 certification an asset but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven.
  • Able to work overtime and participate in the on-call rotation.
