Job Title: Territory Sales and Service Manager

We are seeking a Territory Sales and Service Manager to join our team at Ecolab, a leading provider of cleaning and sanitizing solutions for the foodservice and hospitality industries.

About the Role:

As a Territory Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers in the Thunder Bay and surrounding areas. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional sales and service support to our customers, ensuring their facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained. You will also be responsible for growing sales within your territory by providing customers with training, regular and emergency mechanical service on equipment and sales demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in the Thunder Bay and surrounding areas
  • Provide exceptional sales and service support to customers
  • Grow sales within your territory by providing customers with training, regular and emergency mechanical service on equipment and sales demonstrations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
  • 1+ year of outside sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
  • Proof of Covid Vaccination may be required based on client site requirements
