  • 2+ years of directly related experience in Inside Sales or Account Management.
  • Excellent prospecting and relationship building skills to drive sales growth.
  • Sales and customer service experience to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Wholesale Floral or Retail Florist sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and ERP software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Flexible and adaptable with sound work ethics.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks.
