Toronto, Ontario, Canada Humber River Regional Hospital Full time

At Humber River Health, we're not just a hospital - we're a beacon of innovation and care. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver high-quality patient care and drive excellence in every aspect of our organization.

About Us

We're a leading healthcare provider in North West Toronto, serving a diverse community of 850,000 residents. Our commitment to equity, inclusivity, and community connection is unwavering, and we're proud to be part of the North West Toronto Ontario Health Team.

Your Role

You'll join our dynamic People Services Team as a Strategic HR Business Partner, providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on human resources and labour relations matters. With a strong focus on strategic partnership, you'll work closely with our Labour Relations leader to ensure seamless support and success in your role.

As a trusted business partner, you'll influence change and deliver solutions by providing employee and labour relations advice in support of operational planning and budgeting decisions. You'll lead and coordinate people management processes, share responsibility for goals and delivery targets, and provide subject matter expertise on complex issues like workplace violence, discrimination, and harassment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan and paid time off.

In addition to a supportive and collaborative work environment, you'll have opportunities for professional growth and development through training and education programs. We're committed to attracting and retaining a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve, and we welcome applications from all equity-deserving groups.
