Job Title: Production Supervisor - Plastic Products Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Panefri North America Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of production workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring they meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Establish methods to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as needed.
  • Train and develop production staff, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, and manage inventory levels.
  • Prepare production reports and provide data to management for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the plastic products manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
