Job Overview:
As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring application stability, functionality, and efficiency while addressing issues and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Application Support: Provide technical and business support for applications, ensuring swift resolution of issues to meet service-level expectations. System Maintenance: Manage, maintain, and monitor applications, ensuring stability and quality of operations. Documentation & Reporting: Develop technical support documentation and assess risks to ensure compliance with operational standards. Incident Management: Diagnose and escalate issues, considering risk and impact, and communicate with relevant stakeholders. Collaboration: Partner with development and production teams to prioritize fixes, support tooling requirements, and ensure seamless application releases. Compliance & Security: Identify and mitigate risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues while adhering to compliance policies.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of ITIL, SQL, Unix, and Windows. Programming language experience is a plus. Experience with issue tracking, reporting tools, and problem management tools.
