Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pho Dui Bo Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory is accurately tracked and managed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, providing valuable insights to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Experience: Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks as required.
