Nurse Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Clinician to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex or chronic illnesses, mental health issues, or substance use treatment needs.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to manage client caseloads, assess client needs, and develop comprehensive care plans. You will also provide direct client care, educate clients and families on essential health topics, and promote client-focused care.

The ideal candidate will have current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and one year recent related experience in treating patients with complex or chronic illnesses, chronic pain, mental health, or substance use disorders.

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and provide nursing care through therapeutic interventions
• Develop comprehensive shared patient/client care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, primary care provider, client, and family
• Provide direct client care, including education, self-management, and wellness promotion
• Maintain clinical records and statistical information on clients

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with BCCNM
• One year recent related experience in treating patients with complex or chronic illnesses, chronic pain, mental health, or substance use disorders
• Valid BC Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000-$115,000, depending on experience.
