Job Overview

We seek a highly organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to provide high-level administrative assistance and support various marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with our CEO and leadership team to contribute to our growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Documentation Management: Create, refine, and maintain clear documentation of workflows, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance requirements are met and maintained.
  • Administrative Support: Focus on supporting routine accounting and HR tasks, as well as handling ad-hoc administrative requests for the team.
  • Grant Support: Assist with grant applications, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.
