Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving the growth of sustainable product sales in the local market by actively engaging with customers and stakeholders. This position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a background in sales and an understanding of CRM (Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all relevant safety policies and procedures while carrying out work activities.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our eco-friendly products.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote sustainable products, aligning with market demand and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- Recent graduate from university/college with business management degree/diploma with one to three years of industry experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its applications in optimizing sales process an advantage.
- High level of precision and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individual capable of rapidly establishing and sustaining positive working relationships.
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per annum and a dynamic work environment that promotes sustainability and innovation.
