Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at METRO TRANSPORT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to promote industrial and commercial investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies and procedures to support business growth and development
  • Supervise professional and support staff to ensure effective project delivery
  • Administer programs to promote business investment and development
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Provide advice and guidance to businesses on procedures and requirements for government approval
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop social and economic profiles of areas to encourage business investment
  • Prepare reports and research papers to support business development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-7 months of experience in business development or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
