As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing multi-discipline engineering/drafting teams to produce high-quality outputs that meet project requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct multi-discipline engineering/drafting teams to produce high-quality outputs
  • Monitor progress and performance of project design team and provide input and feedback as needed
  • Prepare man-hour budgets and design schedules for Study/EPCM estimates
  • Facilitate design reviews through project development stages
  • Assist with pre-commissioning activities and manage field engineering
  • Manage subordinates' review of vendor-certified documentation
  • Follow and implement Company standards and procedures
  • Compile project reporting requirements to high accuracy and professionalism


Requirements:
  • Qualification in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience in Mineral Processing or Metallurgical plant design
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and produce high-quality deliverables
  • High attention to detail and exceptional knowledge of engineering drawings
  • Solid technical aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills
