Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1067541 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, apprentices, and design team members.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operations and Logistics: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
