Night Crew Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Crew Leader to join our team at Ami Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to ensure efficient sales floor operations.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a timely and customer-friendly manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales through effective merchandising and display techniques.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management to minimize losses and maximize sales.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate sales floor staff to achieve business objectives.
- Criminal Record Check: Must undergo a thorough background check to ensure a safe working environment.
- Public Transportation: Access to public transportation is available for employees.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for success in this role.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
