We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our national sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for maintaining our flower and plant displays at retail locations.

• Perform merchandising tasks at multiple retail stores, ensuring our displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Maintain sections, including restocking and ensuring dead plants are removed.
• Address out-of-stock issues and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Water plants and flowers, and submit daily visit reports.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and other stakeholders.

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• Previous merchandising experience is an asset, but not required.
• Have a smartphone and access to the internet.
• Home location within 10KM of our retail store (by car preferred).
