About the Role

Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food service operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Inventory Management

Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demand and drive sales growth. Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.

Staff Management

Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Financial Management

Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to ensure profitability.

Marketing and Promotions

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.

Requirements
  • Education

Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong financial management skills, with experience of budgeting and forecasting. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
