Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Painter to join our team at Arturo Rocha Painting & Contracting Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings to create a seamless look.
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages to access high areas safely.
  • Advise clients on color choices and wall coverings to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in painting and wall covering.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
Work Environment

As a Residential Painter, you will work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift heavy objects.
