Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Carl's Jr. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods and walking required.
