At Chicken Chef Lorette, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures that meet our high standards.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer 35 hours of work per week and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Determination: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures that meet our high standards.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure that our team members are meeting their targets.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Event Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including managing events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
