About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at My Convenience Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and advice on products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
