About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Administrative Ambassador to join our team at Cristalina PARC. As a Receptionist, you will be the communication hub of the community and on the frontline of communicating our values to residents and families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting residents and visitors
  • Performing administrative and support services in a professional, courteous, efficient and organized manner
  • Answering phone calls and responding to requests from residents and visitors
  • Managing the residence driver's schedule and handling any booking conflicts
  • Scanning payable invoices and submitting them to appropriate managers for approval
  • Responding to emergency calls and assisting with security issues
  • Assisting with recreation programs and events
  • Supporting Food Service, Housekeeping and other departments as requested

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 education or equivalent, and at least two years of reception experience in a similar environment, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Exceptionally strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications, along with WHMIS
  • The ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

You will also need to be fully vaccinated as approved by Health Canada and undergo a Criminal Record Check and TB test within the first month of employment.
