Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team at Hayer Demolition Ltd. This is a permanent position offering 40 hours of work per week.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating mobile and tower cranes, as well as other heavy machinery, to lift, move, and place equipment and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials
  • Clean and lubricate cranes regularly
  • Assemble tower cranes on site
  • Operate gantry cranes to load and unload ship cargo
  • Operate bridge or overhead cranes to lift, move, and place plant machinery and materials
  • Operate cranes mounted on boats or barges to lift, move, and place equipment and materials
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Must have strong hand-eye coordination
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be physically fit
