About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Mr. Sub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Recruit and hire staff as needed to support kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
Working Conditions:
