N Philip seeks a skilled Server and Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcome customers to our self-serve restaurant and provide accurate information about our cuisine, menu, and dining process.
- Assign customers to dine-in tables and manage the waitlist during peak hours.
- Manage multiple priorities by handling dine-in customers, takeout orders, and incoming calls.
- Take orders accurately and assist customers in selecting menu options by providing detailed descriptions of our cuisine.
- Identify and address customer needs, suggesting various options and providing solutions to complaints within time limits.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Engage customers and provide exceptional service.
- Clean the dining and reception areas, including customer washrooms and supplies.
- Assist kitchen staff during downtime.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Uber, Doordash, and Skipthedishes.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
