About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to develop and implement high-quality child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

This is a permanent position offering 35-40 hours of work per week, with a competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the overall development of children
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and outings to local attractions
  • Encourage creativity through art, drama, music, and physical activity
  • Guide children in developing healthy habits and behaviors
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents and supervisors
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
