Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Advinor CPA Ltd. as a Financial Record Keeper.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Post journal entries.
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
  • Prepare tax returns.
  • Prepare trial balance of books.
  • Reconcile accounts.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Office.

  • A competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
