Job Overview

We're seeking a passionate and dynamic Global Community Engagement Specialist to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will play a critical part in launching our APP locally, building and nurturing our initial community, and driving user engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seed User Acquisition: Identify and onboard initial users to foster a strong sense of community around ZOMI.
  • Community Building: Cultivate relationships with users to establish a culture of active participation and collaboration.
  • User Engagement: Promote the creation of recommendations on ZOMI by seed users and encourage users to engage with each other.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our presence on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the Product team to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in community building, user operations, or growth marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for food and discovering new cuisines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)
