Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Sterling Drugmart. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to ensure optimal productivity and customer service.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of sales workers to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available and that sales targets are met.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
